PrimeLibraryAgents provides research, review and explanatory guidance for authors. It is not a literary agency, a publisher, a law firm, or an agent for any third party.

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Contracts should be reviewed by a qualified professional before signing.

You keep all copyright and all other rights in anything you send us. Submitting material grants us permission to read and assess it in order to advise you, and nothing more.

We do not claim any share of income arising from your work.

Decisions about representation, publication, options and production are made by third parties on their own terms. We cannot and do not guarantee any of them.

Agents open and close to submissions, imprints change hands, and guidelines are revised without notice. We take care to be current, but you should always check an agency's own published guidelines before submitting.

Do not submit material you do not have the right to share, and do not use this site to send unlawful, infringing or abusive content. We may decline to work on any submission without giving a reason.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
