What we collect and what we do with it.

When you use the submission form we store the name, email address, book title, genre, optional word count and project status, the service you selected, your description of the book, any additional notes, and your consent confirmation.

We do not ask for payment details on this site, and no payment processing is connected.

The only purpose is to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use submitted details for advertising, and we do not sell or rent them.

Submissions are stored in a private database that is not readable from the public website. Access is limited to the people handling enquiries.

We do not forward your material to agents, publishers or producers.

We keep submission records while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Use the contact page to send your request; we will confirm once it is done.

If you request AI submission-readiness feedback, the manuscript details you enter are sent to an AI service to produce that feedback. This review does not create an author submission record in our database. Do not include material you do not have the right to share.

This site does not set advertising cookies. The submission checklist on the guide page is held in your browser for the duration of your visit and is never sent to us.
