If you have paid and reading has not yet begun, tell us and we will refund the full amount. No explanation is needed.

Guidance work is research and reading time, so a refund after work has begun is assessed against how much has been done. Where only part of the work has been delivered, we refund the balance.

We cannot refund on the basis of an outcome. A shortlist that produces no offers, or a submission that is declined, is not a failure of the service — those decisions belong to third parties.
